
About the Vixen Curves
Krista.Alana, the creator of Vixen Curves, grew up with a weight problem. She beat the bulge as a freshman in college, but was not happy with the results. She ate well, worked out twice a day including a weekly hour-long session with a personal trainer. While she was as skinny as she could have ever remembered, she was still unhappy with her body. When Krista explained to her trainer that she felt too thin, and wanted back some of the curves she enjoyed at a heavier weight, he remarked, "No. You don't want to look like one of those hip hop video girls."
She wanted to scream, "Why is it a bad thing to actually look like a woman?!" But instead of telling that to some man who could never understand, she created Vixen Curves and developed a line of videos for urban women, encouraging them to love their body and get in shape, while KEEPING their shape.
Vixen Curves fitness DVDs are designed to be done every other day, or three times a week. We tell you in each program ways to intensify or cool-down the workout based on your physical condition.
However, we are not solely concerned with your outer beauty. It is extremely important for you to love your body in whatever condition it may currently be.
